Healthy Morning Smoothie Recipe

Let’s get right to it!


2 Tbsp Milled Flaxseed

2 Bananas

1 cup OJ

1 1/2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt (0%)

Approximately 1/2 cup each of your favorite frozen fruit (I like this blend of 3 but obviously pick your favs)

1/2 cup frozen avocado

Blend it all up adding a little water to adjust thickness.


Approximately 500 calories full of antioxidants, vitamin C, probiotics, 18 grams of protein, Omega 3 and healthy fat from the avocado.

  1. I tried out this recipe and not only was it delicious but I stayed full for hours. It was so good and easy and quick to make. My kids liked it too, I told them it was a fruit shake!
