INGREDIENTS FOR 2 SMOOTHIES
2 Tbsp Milled Flaxseed
1 cup OJ
1 1/2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt (0%)
Approximately 1/2 cup each of your favorite frozen fruit (I like this blend of 3 but obviously pick your favs)
1/2 cup frozen avocado
Blend it all up adding a little water to adjust thickness.
Approximately 500 calories full of antioxidants, vitamin C, probiotics, 18 grams of protein, Omega 3 and healthy fat from the avocado.
